Our organization is one dedicated to the promotion of the greatest of American values, the equality of all Americans and the promotion of mutual respect between citizens regardless of their position and class.
Our mission is the reunification of Americans under the principles of equal treatment and respect between individuals without regard to class, wealth, or political position.
Ours is a movement intended to level certain inequalities built into our current economic, social and legal systems, to promote the general well-being of all, to build the self -respect of all, and to promote treatment of all with dignity and humanity.
A mission to bring back American Values and Dignity to our nation.
We envision a world that is much more democratic. Our mission is to promote equality where the mere fact of employment level does not merit the treatment of any individual as more or less part of the “equipment” rather than as a real human being.
The accomplishment of a more humane society starts with the establishment of some equality between the extremes of an absolute focus on the elite’s benefit to the exclusion of the American worker, while still allowing capitalistic enterprises to prosper.
We resent the implication that workers as human beings do not have sufficient pride in their performance, that threats against their employment, and as an extension their very survival are justified by the laws of this nation.
The differences between the traditional social contract, and the modern American management style, will continue to worsen the climate we all share. How much more preferable is an alternative scenario of mutual human respect in an atmosphere of more distributed empowerment, where members of different classes must treat each other with the respect and dignity an enlightened and compassionate society should promote.
Our call is not just to humanize the legal relationships between individuals but to revitalize the moral dimension that has, until recently, worked to create a more level society. Moral force has and always will dwarf the effects of political action. True goodness has never been able to be legislated without the inevitable corruption of its intent. Both of these options will be needed for our society to deal with the coming challenges that will ultimately affect us all.
We will continue to call out the good where it can be seen and will certainly condemn those aspects of societal response that lead us toward inhumanity and division.
Your Questions,
Answered
Who are we?
We are a collective group of Americans, who have experienced or are experiencing the discriminatory nature of current American employment laws and their corrosive effects on the American traditions of humanity and equality.
The basic values of dignity, loyalty and valuable inclusion in the pursuit of the American dream are being lost. The value we give in our workplace is being eroded by laws that only benefit the elite.
These laws are discriminatory on their face and affect the ability of everyday Americans to take care of themselves and their families. These laws, in their basic existence, threaten these needs because they allow for a lawful discrimination at any point.
Our goal is to advocate for the change of these laws to balance the basic needs of all Americans.
